A kunoichi is a female ninja. In Monkey Brains, Master Splinter saw that April O' Neil possessed a potential for a power that he had trained many years for and he then said that he would like to teach April to become a kunoichi. It has been confirmed that Karai is a kunoichi herself; highly skilled, smart, beautiful, and deadly.
