The Grass Kicker is a vehicle used by Michelangelo to fight Creepweed. It appears to be a creeper with a push mower attached to it.
It was first made as a vehicle in the Playmates toy line. But that Grass Kicker was an actual lawn mower and not a skateboard with a mower attached.
